Please add support for Puppy Linux 5.4.2 Precise

It looks like this Puppy release is bases on the same sfs technology as before.
You can try the same process as we used on Puppy 5.3.1:

use puppy_precise_5.4.3.sfs and PUPPY_PR.SFS as file names

I will try to upload a new puppy plugins based on 5.4 and 5.5 in the next couple of days.

I hope we will have time soon to release version 2.0 that includes a nice web interface to manage all plugins and shares.
Cant say when since we are only 2 guys working on it and we both have very busy schedule but ERPXE is a priority for us and i hope it will be out soon.
