Mini Windows 7

I have a mini windows 7 disk I'd like to turn into a plugin. The structure is completely different from the winpe and minixp so modifying one of those didn't work out too well.

Any tips on making this happen?

Try making a WIM image from your Windows 7 CD using imagex (part of Microsoft WAIK Pack)
I haven't done it but it seems straight forward enough.
