- NFS/SAMBA/IIS use different ports so there is no issue running them all together (Linux/Windows).

- ERPXE works well with Windows but there are several plugins that have not been tested (should work but may cause unexplained issues)

The best way to find a solution to your problem is manually mount the NFS share from a client computer and verify the correct path.
If you can see '/tftpboot/..' from your NFS client, you should change your NFS server settings so you can only see '/er/...'
